Custom art files may be submitted via Internet to our secure FTP server. Using Windows you may upload by dragging your art file to your Internet Explorer browser once the site is accessed OR using an FTP client (Fetch, etc). Mac users should use an FTP client for uploading files.

For security purposes, please send us an email to info@dyesubgraphics.com with your contact info and we will provide you a unique, secure password to insure the privacy of your art files. Once your art files are received and approved, we can notify provide an expected ship date for your product(s).

Guidelines for Submitting Art Files:

Our design team can work with almost any digital image submitted, however, for optimal color-matching and image clarity using dye sublimation printing, please prepare your art file(s) according to the following guidelines:

* We accept files created in Illustrator (.AI), Photoshop (.PSD), as well as EPS, TIFF, & high-resolution JPEG.

* Submit digital images in RGB profile.

* Submit logos in editable EPS format, noting specific color values where necessary.

* Larger images with higher resolutions ensure clear, crisp detail and vibrant colors. Please submit your art file no smaller than 50% of the final printed size and include a resolution of at least 150 dpi (Note: For images larger than 50" you may reduce resolution to 100 dpi to conserve file size).

* Please build in printable bleed margins of 1/2" per side when necessary, such as when hemming/sewing are required for the finishing fabric product(s).
